Crispy Shrimps served with fresh herbs and mayonnaise

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  •  5-6 pieces of Shrimps (peeled but you can choose to keep the tail)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  •  1/2 tsp of fresh Thyme leaves
  •  1/2 tsp of Paprika
  •  2 tbsp of flour or corn starch
  •  Salt and pepper

Preparations:

1) Season the shrimps with paprika, garlic and ginger paste, fresh thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Let the marinade rests for about 10minutes.

2) Dredge the shrimps into the flour and shake off the excess. In the meantime add around 2inches depth of vegetable oil in a large pot. Add the shrimps in the hot oil and deep fry it for about 5minutes.

3) You can sprinkle some fresh herbs on top of the crispy shrimps and serve it with mayonnaise for dipping the shrimps.

Tip for the mayonnaise, you can use any type of mayonnaise sauce and to that mix some lemon zest, salt and pepper. This magical tip will add a magical relish to your crispy shrimps.
