In this post, I am very excited to express a great discovery and experience I had at Fish & Co Seafood restaurant at Jumbo, Phoenix the very first time I went there. Being a seafood lover, I was totally in love with the menu lists the restaurants have to offer. Making a choice of what I really wanted to eat was slightly difficult because I wanted to savour mostly the calamari, mussels and salmon. But I have opted for a light menu; “Seafood Platter for 1” which offers grilled prawns, white fish, grilled calamari served with paella rice and chips. It was delicious, you could savour that blended taste of herbs, lemon and garlic together with the seafood which I personally think makes a great mixture.
Azhar had opted for a very great combination where grilled Peri-Peri Chicken and Arctic Fish served with salad, paella rice and chips. He told me that the chicken was well-grilled and it was topped on with a sauce.
The restaurant displays an attractive and friendly atmosphere and environment. I was really inspired with the interior decor and the glasses haha 😀
A SECOND VISIT AT FISH & CO SEAFOOD RESTAURANT WITH FRIENDS
So again we are there for another dip in the ocean to discover some more deliciousness 🙂 Upon second visit I have decided to go for the grilled Peri-Peri Chicken and grilled prawns served with salad, paella rice and chips because my friend had positively the taste of the chicken. Azhar has again opted to go for the same dish he had the first time whereas Hitesh and Shehriaz have chosen for a Pizza being traditionally an Italian course, that is “Fiery Peri-Peri Chicken” which comprise of lots of baked Mozarella. They have greatly enjoyed the Pizza.
A mineral water was all I needed but Azhar has chosen “Candy Crush”, a sugar rush refresher consisting with a blend of strawberry and concoction of lychee. Our friend Shehriaz has picked the Mojito refresher which is a mixture of fresh mint leaves and lime juice aimed to give an electrifying sensation 🙂
